Refund and Cancellation Policy
At AdivasiCare, we stand by the quality of our 2-3 specialized herbal hair oil products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
1. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.

After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number generated, it cannot be canceled. You will need to follow the return process instead.

How to Cancel: Please email our support team with your Order ID to request a cancellation.
2. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility: Due to the personal care nature of hair oil, we only accept returns if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the seal intact.

Window: You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your package.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive a leaking bottle or the wrong product, please contact us immediately with a photo of the package. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
3. Refund Process

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer) within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been opened or used.

Products purchased during a "Final Sale" or clearance event.

Orders where the delivery address provided was incorrect.
